Immersed! Festival returns bigger and louder than ever, carrying an important sustainability message for 2022. We are joining forces with the iconic BBC Radio 6 Music to showcase the best of Cardiff’s vibrant music scene across three fringe events in support of 6 Music’s 1st Festival in Cardiff happening 1st – 4th April 2022.

Featuring five stages & over 60 artists join us at renowned Cardiff venues Tramshed & CULTVR Lab plus online while Immersed TV hijacks your screens with an interactive live streaming event all in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.

Immersed at Tramshed Cardiff

Immersed returns to the Tramshed Cardiff with the Climate Clash Cymru event by day and a celebration of the best of Cardiff’s rich and vibrant music scene by night. The Immersed experience this year will feature dance crews, graffiti artists, street food, cabaret, poetry and upcycled fashion.

Climate Clash Cymru

12pm – 2.30pm

Climate Clash Cymru is a free daytime workshop dedicated to innovations in live music for tackling the climate crisis including a pop-up gallery and mural based on the typographic work of Anthony Burrill. In partnership with Music Declares Emergency, ‘Climate Clash Cymru’ will explore ideas for making live music more sustainable and represents the organization’s first visit to Wales.

Immersed! 2022 reaches its finale at Europe’s first space dedicated to shared virtual reality experiences – CULTVR Lab in Penarth Road. Live music and 360-degree visuals collide for the ultimate immersive experience.
